Mikayla has changed my life! When I had my first call with Mik I was suffering from a lot of physical and mental health symptoms that had ruled my life since I was a teenager. For a long time, I accepted that constant bloating and abdominal pain caused by IBS was normal and I had to adjust to it.


Within the first two weeks of following the plan Mikayla had set out for me I was already feeling drastically different bloating was already significantly better and abdominal pain was non-existent, I couldn't believe it! In the following 3 months, things only got better. I started to feel more energized and my sleep pattern improved along with lots of other things surrounding my physical health. ((TW: ED)) What I didn't expect was how much working with Mikayla would improve my mental health too, I have gone from having one of the worst relationships with food to seeing it as a friend. I have battled with an eating disorder since I was a teenager and continued with restricting and binging into adulthood, I saw food as an enemy and the more I avoided it the better, praising myself for making it past 12 pm without eating. Now I look forward to meal times and cooking, I have started to appreciate what the food I'm eating is doing for my body and taking pride in learning where my food is coming from and the impact and benefit that has on my health.
