I joined the first Mastering Menopause Group in May.
For me the most difficult was finally saying YES & deciding to join. Now I was accountable.
When I received my very first meal plan I was extremely excited as my shopping list was all set for me. Organized simple meal plans with a variety of food every week. This made everything so easy to start and plan ahead for success. 👏🏻

Each week we had workouts to follow and daily walks to complete on your own time and track for success in an apt.
All this again kept me accountable which is what I needed.
After the first three weeks I could visibly see and feel positive changes.
So Exciting ! Our bodies are meant to move. 🏃‍♀️

The live weekly group chats with Mikayla were educational and motivating & helped me understand my menopause symptoms and how to improve and overcome them through diet, lifestyle and movement. Each week we learned new ways to deal with certain symptoms. Learning about Adaptogens was extremely helpful for me.
All the zoom calls were taped and emailed to you to rewatch if needed.
It was great to share ideas and listen to each others struggles and successes in the group chats.

We were given all the action steps needed to help us understand the changes we were going through.

I’m so happy that I joined as I now have all the information I need to continue to cruise through my 50’s + feeling the best I can through this transition. I no longer call it mid life crisis as I have Mastered Menopause with so much thanks to Mikayla from Groundwork.
