Hey there! I’m Mikayla
I am exactly where I'm meant to be, doing exactly what I love to do. I'm a nutritionist who believes in real food, ancestral principles, and getting to the root cause of any ailment. I know exactly what it's like to feel hopeless about your health, or not understand your own body.
I truly believe the body wants to heal - it's what it does best. In order for true healing to take place, you have to provide your body with the tools it NEEDS, not the latest trend or loosely-promised quick fix. This is exactly what I do with clients; show them how simple healing can be once you start working WITH your body, rather than against it.

Once intake forms are complete, we will have a 60-minute initial consultation to dive deep into your health and formulate our plan for our time together.
