I want to use these 6 short, but impactful weeks to show you that YOU are more capable than you thought, stronger than you give yourself credit for and more determined than you realized.

Our challenge runs from September 15th - October 26th.

Within these 6 weeks, you'll learn how to move with intention, push beyond your perceived limits and train smarter, not longer.

With three full body workouts a week that can be done from home or in a gym, you'll have everything you need to build and grow - not just your muscles, but your belief in yourself and your confidence from the inside out.

The prize!
Since this is a transformation challenge, there will be a $250 cash prize for the first place winner as well as free access into the next challenge! - all new workouts, all new meals, all new progress to be made!

The winner is chosen based off of their individual progress photos. You are NOT being compared to anyone else!
​
Photos must be submitted in the app no earlier than September 14th, and no later than Friday September 19th at 11:59pm to be entered. After photos must be submitted by Wednesday October 29th at 11:59pm.

Instructions on photos will be released to challenge members within the app on Friday September 12th
