The 3 month 1:1 program is a root-cause approach to healing that takes everything from your diet to your lifestyle into consideration when determining the right course of action for you. This is a deep dive into your health that enables us to lay the groundwork for a life you love.
Through personalized action steps, delicious meals, and consistent communication, you’ll be provided with everything you need to feel incredibly confident in your health. This isn’t a quick fix or a band-aid cover-up of your symptoms, it's a simple approach to incredible health that lasts a lifetime. My goal by the end of our time together is for you to feel confident enough to take your health into your own hands. I can’t wait to get started.

Do I need to follow the meal plans exactly as they are?You absolutely can if you'd like to, but it's not a must! They are there as a guide and for inspiration in the kitchen.
Will I be spending all my time in the kitchen?If you don't want to be, then no! We can make the meals prep-friendly so that you always have food prepared when your schedule gets busy.

After stopping birth control I tried so many different ways to cure my hormonal acne. From internet fads, creams, antibiotics, facials, naturopaths, and something helped for a bit or temporarily but nothing helped fully eliminate my acne. After a year of feeling helpless and insecure, I decided the only thing left to try was what I considered the 'hard route' or changing what I eat.
